OLT Specialties, Inc Oswaldo Lopez Tejada Roofing contractor scam Denver Colorado
Oswaldo Lopez Tejada, from OLT Specialties, Inc approached me in my front yard and asked if I needed my roof repaired. I told him I did need my roof repaired, so we set up a contract and had my insurance company perform an appraisal. We signed a contract and put up $4528 up front money for the job to be done in October 2016.
He later told me that he would do the job on the 28th of September 2016, but he never showed up. I called to ask why, he told me that he would get back to me in 2 weeks time, but never called.
I tried to reach him in March 2017, but found that his phone was disconnected and I could no longer contact him. He disappeared off the face of the earth, and took my money with him.
Don't fall prey like I did, use a real roofing company.
