I responded to one of their free give-aways. They told me i would receive my prize after a very short demonstration of a product they were trying to sell. (They also lied about the prize won in an attempt to sway, i'm certain) When they arrived, we found out their normal demonstration was over 2 hours. They shortened it, and one of their products was actually supposed to help with asthma and allergies, two things we have problems with. So we agreed to try out the product.

2 hours of paperwork later, which they tried to rush me through, they agreed to give me the product, the one they told me they had thrown around for demonstrations, though we would get free fixing, and a hussle process where they told me they could get the product just down to $700-some through crazy negotiations to make it seem like a deal. some elaborate act, i'm certain, as online they rarely sell for over $200, but not being accostomed to this kind of thing, we fell for it.

I was certain to ask if we had issues with it, after testing it out for a while, if we could give it back and cancel the absurd contract. I was told if i wasn't willing to go to a lower price, or if something couldn't be fixed about the problem, then sure, an agreement could be made. Feeling better about this, but so exhausted, they then told me that they would give me a lower give-away than expected and hurridly drove off.

After testing the product for a few weeks, we noticed no improvement in asthma issues, and allergy problems doubled. I tried contacting both the Olympic Air Solutions, and the bank. Olympic Air treated me with a practiced hostility, barely letting me explain my complaint, overruning me telling me there was nothing they could do, the contract was out of their hands, and they had no interest in taking back the product despite it being some 'medical miracle device'. It was garbage to them, I was told at best I could try to sell it myself to someone else to help pay for the absurd fees.

Don't believe their lies, the price, the product, the act, it's all a lie. After calling the bank for the deal i wanted to cut off, i was told they would give me to a department that could help me better. I was shunted to a receptionist who barely spoke english (no offense to them, i did feel it was an evasion tactic though, no good conversation could be had with them) and they barely could understand what i was saying and told me there was no going back on the contract unless i wanted to pay it off in full.

I'm very frustrated, and feel totally scammed. I'm working on figuring out a way around this right now, but being the way it is, I highly doubt anything will come of it. Why would they let someone off the hook? Maybe I won't get justice, but hopefully this will serve as a warning to others.
