I answered a mailed brochure on tax abatment services offered by Omni Financial.

Initial fee was 1000.00 plus 750.00 trtainer to keep me out of collections by the IRS.  THe billing varied from 1000.00 to 750.00 throughout the time of service.

The service l wes paying for was a draged out never ending series of advocates, waiting for IRS to return amended returns and the constant threats of if I don't follow thru l will be put into collections.

THis contimued for 2 years,9 months. 23000.00 later they were still working on my taxes

When l stated that i am stopping payment, they said that they could finnish my taxed but they needed 2500.00.  I was a fool to let this go for so lone but learned that they ha no intensions of finishing what they were hired for.

I am not a fan of OMNI FINANCIAL in any way shape or form. I believe the Owner, General Manager and CFO are all unethical people which makes the company unethical for the most part. However, there are a few good apples in Omni and Laquanna McDowell is one of them. Writing this complaint to voice your concern/ how upset you are is your right however you really should be honest with your expression. Laquanna hasn't been your account manager your whole time with Omni so stating how you have been with the company for as 2 plus years and writing her name simply makes the reader think she has worked on your case the whole time you have been with Omni and we both know you have had two other account managers prior to her taking over (Anthony F and Jeff D). You place her full name in this message because you are mad at the company or the previous account managers that may have treated you poorly without regard to what you are doing to her future if she decides to leave Omni. This post will always be here and your lack of character to disclose you have worked with other people just shows why you are in tax trouble.   You write there were delays but you didn't write that you where the cause of the delay. Every time documents are requested and you don't comply you are delaying your resolution as well as costing yourself money. Trust and believe I hate the company and I think the GM is a sorry, powerless, little piece, of a man so please don’t think for a moment I am an advocate for Omni. I am an advocate for right and in this case you are wrong. Blame yourself for the delays and blame yourself for the cost because you didn't do what was requested. Don't get upset because she is ethical and won't half a*s her work like you wanted her to. 

I am not Laquanna and she is unaware of this response. These are my thought and my opinion on you and this post.
