Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
As a former employee of Omni I have to say that  they have no respect for their employee's or clients. After years of loyal service they discharged me because I asked to speak with a supervisor on a matter above my bosses head. The super decided he didn't like being bothered and had me terminated. Then as an added insult said that I was fired for misconduct so I can't get unemployment. I am currently fighting it.

I know both of the former employee's listed on here and I agree with them. In my position with the company I witnessed them lie to clients saying that the retainer fee is all they will get charged. When in fact they will be re-written in production and charged more. Openers will lie like a rug just to get a person to a closer. I heard one opener tell a potential client we could reduce their entire debt by 50% and the supervisor that fired me was fine with it. Employee goals are outrageous and if you don't hit it every month you get fired. Unless you can get money pulled. That is the bottomline with Omni. In almost every meeting it was all about the money.

Omni is a roving door of employee's. They have very few that last any amount of time and those that do are usually pets or faves of the bosses. I only lasted as long as I did because I was good at my job and would not lie to clients. I had not hit a goal in months though and yet I would still have good commission. In my exit interview I was even told I was an asset to the company. Really? So why was I fired. Oh right I didn't bend over and take it anymore.

This company has dishonest business practices and even use an auto-dialer that hides their number by using the same last four digits and then uses the same area code and begining three digits of the clients home area.

I will say this though there are people whom I have personally spoke to who were very satisfied with Omni. I have to be fair despite the fact that they were not with me. There is nothing Omni can do that most people cannot do themselves. If you do your research and the paperwork correctly you can get your debt reduced. The IRS does have programs.

OIC very hard to get you need money down but you can get your debt reduced if your broke.

Penalty abatement,  if you did not purposely not pay your taxes and have a legitimate reason for why you didn't file or pay, most people qualify for this program.

843 is if you had already paid the taxes and you would have qualified for a program you can apply for this it is a refund of the penalties and interest.

There is more to it do your research. Here is a web address to get you started if you want to research it.

You don't have to pay a company to do this for you unless it is to overwhelming. Which it can be. Contact tax payer advocates as well. They can help.
