Omni Financial quoted me a figure to help me settle some tax issues. They required me to send them $1000. They then required me to send them four payments of $500 each, two of which were sent within 15 days of each other. After sending them a total of $3200 I was told if I didn't send them yet another $2500 in 5 days, only 7 days upon receipt of the $500 payments, they could no longer help me and my account would be closed. Over the 6 month period I spoke with about 12 different representatives and could never get the same person twice. Upon trying to send documents to the IRS, which I accquired from Omni Financial, they were returned to me and deemed "undeliverable" by the IRS.

I was a former employee of omni in vero beach florida. my fiance is still a current employee who does by the way beleive firmly in what he does. I am not saying that he isnt a smart man, he is but he has a sort of cave man admiration for the owner who is outright disrespectful to his own employees. he puts them in regular meetings in which he degrades not only them but their families. Any person who would degrade someones small children in front of thier co-workers is not an ethical human being. I have never once heard personally in all my time employed there any real person exclaim thier success stories. Its always people that i have never heard of before. this place is just out to make money no matter who they hurt and they hurt alot of people./

Omni Financial crooks

I too was employed with Omni Financial in Vero Beach. They are very smug that clients sign contracts with that give the company full reign to bleed them dry. They are able to do this because the sales and production departments are kept separate and they constantly have their employees in various meetings. These people are low lifes of the worst kind. They prey on people who are hurting. They take delight in lying to clients on the phone because their contracts have all the loopholes covered. You would well advised to just take your money and flush it doen the toilet before giving it to this company. You will save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

OMNI FINANCIAL IS REALLY A RIP-OFF ARTISTS, SCAMING THE PUBLIC IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. THEY DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR TAX LIEN PROBLEMS.

At one time I worked for Omni Financial and know the deceptive practices that they use to get peoples money and never resolve their tax lien problems. Once I found out what crooks they were, I quit my job and went to work for someone else. This is not the only case where someone has been ripped off, this is a continuing practice of this company. While working for them I was under constant pressure to use up the funds collected by calling the individuals on a weekly basis and writting them "money letters" so that the company and the supervisors would collect more money. And during this short stay with this company you were told not to resolve the cases because they could constantly get more money from the people that had tax problems. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE EVER CONSIDERING USING A DEBT OR TAX LIEN COMPANY, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. MOST OF THESE COMPANIES ARE JUST SCAM ARTISTS AFTER WORKING PEOPLES MONEY. THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY EVER HELP YOU THEY JUST WANT MORE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TAX LIEN PROBLEMS, BUT IF YOU CONTACT THE IRS OR YOUR STATE TAX AGENCY, YOU CAN WORK OUT PROBLEMS ON YOUR OWN. YOU REALLY DON'T NEED ANYONE (MAYBE A LITTLE HELP IN SOME AREA, THEN I WOULD CONTACT AN ATTORNEY TO HELP YOU) TO SPEAK TO THE IRS OR STATE TAX AGENCIES FOR YOU. DON'T BE AFRAID, THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND REPORT THEM. MAYBE IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DO THIS, THEY WILL STOP THEIR RIP-OFF WAYS.
