Omni insurance company Wouldn't know customer service if it hit them over the head Atlanta Georgia
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. How are they still in business? They are rude and do not return phone calls including the supervisors. I bet if their car was damaged, they wouldn't want to wait months to receive compensation. Offer you a 7 day rental but then what? You're still without a car once it's returned because they won't offer you a settlement.
