I ran over debris of a person who was in an accident who had this crappy insurance. It ripped a large hole in my tire and took a chunk out of my rim. It has been 2 weeks and Omni insurance has still not sent the check for my tire and rim. When I call the claims representative voice mail is full. They also have not provided a rental to get back and fourth to work, forcing me to drive on a spare great distances on high way. (100 miles a day) They did the appraisal over a week ago. And within the week of doing appraisal I recieved letters for me to call them back.(Straight to voice mail) They leave me a voice mail clarifying how much they owe me. What is taking so long to send the check? This is definitely grounds for a lawsuit.
Does anyone see my delima here?

They only paid for the rim and the one tire. According to my insurance they were to replace all 4 tires, balancing and the rotation. Atleast I won't be driving on my spare.
