Omni Services Omni Services called and spoke top us about sending over some overstocked items if we were interested. Warning they record this conversation!! When we received the 4 40# boxes and bill over 2,000.00 -no paperwork. Paperwork comes after 5 days of the return policy. Shipping 120.00 for return. SCAM!! .. A Gainesville Texas
Omni services called to send overstocked discounted products and someone here on teh phone agreed-Phone conversation is recorded. The boxes came without paperwork and were opened. We had to look up the phone number and tell them we did not want the items. They have no email address for their employess and have to talk to the person whom accepted the order or they will not hewlp you. The paperwork came about 5 days after and the order and was 2.370.32. When we called to return it again they had to speak to the person that accepted the order and played back the approval. We still said we did not want it, but bc it was out of the 5 day return policy they could only offer a discounted amount. They said they would send a return form but never did. Instead they called the business office and tried to get approval for half off and were directed to speak to the person that placed the order. After 2 weeks we called thwem back and they said thay could not return it and there was a restocking fee. We told them they were scam artist and we wanted to send everything back and not pay. They then faxed us a return form without the RA # that on the form said they will not accept without this number. No one ever answers the calls live you have to leave messages. The paople on the phone record all conversations without your permission and are very adamnet you owe them! Company built for scamming people.
