A lady from Omin Services called one of our office personel and managed to get info about our school, what products we use, and the person who is responsible for ordering supplies.  However, it was not approved by the purchasing supervisor.  We received 7 boxes full of very expensive supplies that we did not need.  When this was discovered later that same day.  We got them ready for UPS to take back.  However, when we told UPS to take them back, they said they couldn't due to a policy in regards to this company.  I have tried to call them at their customer service number and they will never answer their phone.  I get a recording to leave a message and they will return my call, and of course they never do.  We do not want their products and we would like them picked up!

 Was your legal department able to do anything? I am with a small company and am having the same problem right now. Any help would greatful thanks.

We got our invoice today.  WOW!  Prices are acutually double of what we would have paid normally.  I have tried to contact Omni, but wouldn't you know, I only get an answering machine and calls are never returned.  I tried to return the items at their expense, but UPS would not take it, even after one day.  Our Superintendent is taking the invoice to our legal counsel and see what we can do.
