As most consumers I did not provide EXACTLY what On Rebate's second form requested. I was to fill two rebate forms, one with original UPC, and invoice and one with copies of the UPC and invoice. Since, most rebates REFUSE any copies I just sent the originals with form one and note to see the first form for the information required on the second form. I was rejected on the second form for the $60.00 rebate for not providing the copies.

I called On Rebate and was told "SO SORRY" but, "that's the way it is". In addition, I call Tigerdirect and was informed they will look into the rejection.

In good faith, I purchased the CA Internet Security Suite and the 2gb Flash Drive. I OVERPAID knowing I was going to get my money back because of the REBATES.

My opinion is simply that I vote with my money. If TigerDirect, On Rebate, or American Express can not get what I purchased at the agreed upon price, then I WILL NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with TigerDirect or any rebates involving OnRebate.
