Complaint Review: On site lawn mower repair - Walker Louisiana

I was seeking an ATV mechanic when I came across this service company called on site lawn mower service after not having much luck finding a mechanic that would come to my house to get my four wheeler running that had not been run in almost 4 years .once I spoke to this man who's name is jimmy Sullivan he assured me that he was very familer with this machine and that he owns ATVs himself so I had nothing to worry about now he shows up at my home and began tearing into my bike he cleaned out the carb system and then re installed the part now here is where it gets interesting .this man named jimmy Sullivan started my bike and it did start I had asked him to install me a new air filter he has let me go get you one I'll be right back so in less than 10 minutes he flew back uo my driveway he approached my bike with my filter housing which he had wrapped in foam and zip tied it onto the part itself and said this will work fine at this point I became concernd this man and one associate whom I don't recall his name was many at my house an hour at best so he sits in his truck and starts scribbling down parts he claimed to install in my bike now the confusing part is I never told him what model it was but he charged me almost 90 in parts then another 110 in labor well I didn't think to much about it till after he left very quickly stating just call me if you have any problems .well you bet I'm having problems I didn't notice the pool of gas leaking from my bike so I called him his responce I just need to ride it so I did for 20 minutes then as I began to park the machine I noticed a trail of gas behind me I have called this man many times over the past four days and I have only got one excuse after another o his truck broke down o my wife got sick o the dog ate your directions I mean let's be serious here this is very dangerous .he has ruined god knows what to my machine he could have gotten myself or even more importantly my daughter killed .

i believe sincerely this man is completely ripping people off with terrible services and no types of warenty this individual should be put out of business he's going to get someone killed or severely insured .I even have all the texts saved on my iPhone along with his invoice slip that any one can obtain from walmart or ect the man couldn't even write nor add I had to offer my assistance to add his bogus charges up .now I'm out 200$ and I've lost time being able to hunt with my daughter which was my soul purpose of fixing this bike someone needs to plz take this seriously and peruse this individual like I would peruse a deer and believe me when I say I always get my quary! I truly hope he can be stopped he has since not responded to my many calls and texts trying very kindly to have him correct this problem but I've had no success and I don't like being a victim my losses this year have been horrible enough without a scam artist taking advantage of me .thanks sincerely
