OnceDriven Automotive Metrics Fake Sales Scheme Roeanoke Virginia
OnceDriven (aka automotive metrics) gets you to send them money to help sell your vehicle, then does nothing to meet their obligation (to help you sell your vehicle). Then when you claim your refund amount (under their agreement), they just keep your fee. Although they agreed otherwise, they refused to return my deposit.
They don't return phone calls or emails. They also put you on hold forever, without the intent of even answering the phone. They take your money, provide no service, then fail to return the monies they're obligated to return under their own agreement.
