I purchased cigarettes online at onesmoke.com. I was informed that it would show on my statement as UCCE.

A week later I got an email from them that said my package was sent back to them by the postal service and said they would charge back/credit the money to my credit card and that I would see the credit applied to my CC statement within a few buissness days.

Nine days after I received another email that said or my privacy and security,the packages were labled as Wireless Communications Tower Components(not cigarettes)from website wicomex.com.They said that their payment processor has frozen my funds and that I needed to call (Nivia Kapoor if my order was under the merchant UCCE,at 800-588-7545 )or (Yves Lois With Global if my receipt was under the merchant Wicomex. at 888-775-1500 )and tell them that my tower component orders were refunded,but that they need to give me my money.Huh?Now I'm pretty sure something is not right here,so now am disputing the charges with my CC company.

By the way,I visited .wicomex.com and they do sell Wireless Communications Components,but not cigarettes!

Don't buy cigarettes from onesmoke.com
