Online Detective ripoff Internet
I too fell victim to the online detective scheme. I authorized for the trial period of $9.95 and then found that it was not a good program. I went back in to cancel and all was taken care of until i got my bank statement later that month.
They not only charged me for the trial but also for another month. I have sent them several emails to try to fix the problem and nothing has been resolved as of yet. I have also in the process been charged for another month.
Now when I try to go back onto the software, it will not even let me sign in. It says that I am not an active user. So if there is someone out there who can tell me how to stop this fraud could you please let me know. I need to know how to stop the debiting of my bank account.
