Onlinesmoke.com is a ripoff.

I ordered 2 cartons of smokes and didn't get anything but a $41.90 charge on my visa bank card. I sent them seven emails after a month an a half went by. They give you excuses about auotmated system problems. After asking for their toll free number, which they conviently removed from their site, they gave me the excuse that their automated ordering service was down and that it would be in working order next week. The following week they stated that it would be working next month.

After waiting two months for my order I sent another email to they asking for the order to be reshipped. They sent me a long email containing a list of customers who's orders had been returned. Conviently my name was the last on the list. It has been almost two months since I placed my order.
