After being directed to this website from the actual event's website (Thomas and Mack Center) I received two tickets for WWE Smackdown which were supposed to be $60. The face value on the tickets was $23 AND there was no receipt in the FedEx packaging from the company! No surprise since their practices are borderline illegal!
I called the customer service line and explained to them that their site clearly states "tickets may be ABOVE face value" and nowhere on their site does it state that they could be BELOW face value to which the reps response was "All sales are final". Do not under any circumstances do business with either one of these companies under any circumstances!
