They make you think they are acting on behalf of the state, and provide misleading info that makes it appear you are paying them for the actual document. In fact, they are charging $49 to fill out the form that you can do yourself on any state website.

I used this site to get my birth certificate for getting married. The service is correct, everything went as it was said on their website. Applying online was pretty comfortable but I thought the shipping would be faster. Apart from that, I'm satisfied with their customer service. They were very kind.
