I left a message for Sandra at OnPoint Credit Union (Formerly Portland Teachers CU) and mentioned this post along with a restatement on how we were treated. Incidently, the towing company they used to repossess the car was very professional and kind. They mentioned that OnPoint has a reputation of not working with their "members". In summary, if you want a credit union that doesn't take credit cards or checks over the phone... repossesses cars if they are 5 days late... and doesn't consider an outstanding 5 year history of value... this is a great company to use.
