Rebates are not honored when the rebate form is followed to the letter. I printed my invoice from Tigerdirect "myaccount" page and then cut out the original UPC and Serial Number. I included these along with the rebate form and had these all taped to the correct place requested from Onrebate. I sent all these in and waited.

I recieved a status update that said my rebate was denied due to no name and address being on the invoice. WHAT?? This was the copy of my invoice downloaded from Tigerdirect! There was no invoice in the item I recieved, only the packing slip. This was not even mentioned in the rebate form. So I called the Onrebate help number.... on hold 15 minutes and I am told that if I can get a copy of my invoice with the name and address and send it in with my tracking number to the resubmission address they will go ahead and process my rebate. Two weeks now and no change in status.

Tiger only will reply with "canned" emails generated by a computer the asks for originals of what I had to send to Onrebate. Slim to none chance of getting that back to send in for the so called rebate guarantee. All I can say is if the price without the rebate is good,, buy it but if you are counting on the rebate, DON'T. Chances you will never see it. Between me and my son we are out over 180 dollars and would have been better to buy from ------, ------ or just about any other vendor than TIGERDIRECT!!!!!

Dear customer, It is important that we can verify the information on the invoice. We need to see what your purchase date is to be sure that the rebate was postmarked within the 30 days of purchase. We also need to verify that the address provided on the rebate form matches the one showing on the invoice to prevent fraudulent accounts. Please have TigerDirect email you a copy of your invoice showing your purchase date and address and you may then forward it to nadina.urdanetaATonrebate.com and we will gladly approve the rebate.
