I purchased an HP digital camera from TigerDirect.com and was supposed to get 2 rebates through Onrebate. The camera was advertised with 2 rebates and I thought it was a good deal. I received the smaller rebate, but OnRebate hasn't given me the larger $50 rebate that was approved last September!

Attempts to resolve this have led to an 800 number that's automated and doesn't allow you to ask for the person they suggest you call. They merely continue to advise me that there was an accounting error and my check will be issued in 7-10 days.

I actually received one email that asked for my number so they could call me. That was after i reported them to the BBB online. The email I sent as a reply came back with an error and I haven't heard anything since. The BBB complaint says it's closed because they didn't get a response from the company???

I've been shopping at TigerDirect for many years and will not be returning due to my experience with this rebate process. When I contacted them via email I was instructed to forward everything I submitted to OnRebate. I'm not trying to get my rebate approved, I am trying to get them to give me the money they've already collected for me from HP. can anybody help?!
