Filed two separate rebates. After going through the hoops with online forms and mailing in the printouts, got rejected for a mismatch of rebate address and shipping address.
They now state there is no way to get the rebate. They won't take a resubmission nor will they send the rebate to any of the addresses they have.
This is dispite several phone calls, offers of resubmission, begging, pleading...
