O'Premium Water ripoff Mesa Arizona
O'Premium water is the Premier water rip off. They tie you up in a three year contract then they do not deliver what their advertising says they do, unlimited water.
Want an example? How about my driver for instance. I put out eight empty water bottles and he leaves me 6. How many does the company think I have now?, 8. Will I be charged for the other two bottles when I leave this contract? (they think so). How about the fact my water dispenser quit working, I called they promised me a new one by Friday.
On Monday I call asking where it is at and they tell me they have "no answer" for why it did not make it. I want to know when I will get one and they tell me by the following morning. Now at 3 P.M. I am back on hold again wait to talk to a customer disservice representative to find out why I cannot seem to get my dispenser. I challenge their CEO to right this wrong.
Come on MR CEO you challenged me in your advertisement to try your companies rip off ways. Now I challenge you to fix this wrong! Ya know what MR CEO? you are really kinda like the cable company. I could just pull the plug on ya. Anyone else interested in water?
