Optotraffic is a company that provides and operates traffic cameras to municipalities throughout the country in return for a percentage of revenues.

Optotraffic gets to sit back and collect nearly 40% of every ticket their machines generate without even having a cop on the ground to do the work. The business is extremely lucrative for the thieving natures of politicians who, of course, set many of the speed limits unnecessarily low all over the country so to fund themselves with supplemental income at their discretion.

On Optotraffics website, in the "news" section, the most recent entry braggs about the company getting praised by a city in Ohio in May 2013, yet in a news article in the "Associated Press" dated June 28 2013 a judge from Southwest Ohio called this type of camera use a "scam" and "sham" and compared it to a con artist's card game!

When called by the city of Cheverly to account for the inaccuracies of their camera's, such as clocking invisible vehicles at 76 MPH and bicycles allegedly travelling at 57 MPH, Optotraffic chose simply to IGNORE THE CITYS REQUEST for an explanation and cancel their contract with the city!

This is a private company that is administering law enforcement, which most Americans correctly call "taxation without representation".

237 years ago, a small group of Americans made clear to the King of England exactly how AMERICANS feel about such trechery! Now, again, we must confront taxation without representation in the same manner as the founders of this great nation.
