Orange Lake Resort & Country Club Holiday Inn Club Vacation Timeshare Nationwide
We bought a fabulous Timeshare from Crown Park Resorts in Tennessee a few years ago. This year they sold out to Orange Lake Capital Management Co. We absolutely loved our timeshare & everything about our points program through RCI. The telephone has not stopped ringing DAY & NIGHT 7 DAYS A WEEK since Orange Lake Capital Management took over our account. They are RUDE! They threaten us! They harass us. They have belittled and badgered us. This company is nothing but a bunch of bullies with no manners no class & hardly seems worth the trouble. I have never had a repossession of ANY KIND, but I have been pushed so far by this Company I may consider it just to get rid of them. We discussed this in great detail & think maybe, just maybe they actually WANT us to stop paying them just so they can resell our timeshare just before we pay it off which is not far off. ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS "RUN FOR THE HILLS - DON'T DO IT!!! - THE PRESSURE FROM THESE TIMESHARES IS HIGH & I REALLY LOVED MINE SO I RECOMMEND THE RCI POINTS PLAN, BUT IF THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH ORANGE LAKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LIGHT A FIRE UNDER YOUR FEET AND RUN RUN RUN AND BE SURE YOU DON'T LEAVE ANY INFORMATION WITH THEM OR THEY WILL FIND & HARASS YOU TOO!!" We have a family member who bought through them also, and decided it wasn't worth it so they actually let theirs go because of ORANGE LAKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT. Even though they told them to keep their timeshare, write it off, report it to credit bureaus, whatever they need to do, ORANGE LAKE MANAGEMENT continues to harass them 7 DAYS A WEEK - 365 DAYS A YEAR - DAY & NIGHT!!!

I had just bought a week (May-July) in 2010 at Summer Bay Las Vegas, now a Holiday Inn vacation club I guess. Well, now this Orange lake company is in charge and its trouble. I get Robo calls all the time. When I made my payment for my 2012 fees (in October 2011) they applied them to 2011 even though, I had already paid and stayed my week (before they owned it). So basically double charging me. Now trying to get a resolution is a non stop hassle. After 3 hours on phone calls yesterday they gave me a fax number to send information to. Well, I have now been trying to fax paperwork for 3 hours with no luck. they wll give you the run around and argue with you and make you feel like crap!

I am one of those owners too! When we bought with Crown Park Resort we were in love. We went on several vacations with our RCI points. One of those vacations was to Orange Lake and Disney. We HATED our visit there. They treated us like second class citizens and gave us the WORST villa on property because we were RCI members. They bullied us into taking "their" tour of the place and talked about how much better "THEY" were than "WE" were as Crown Park (RCI) members. We didn't stay long and off we went to Summer Bay which was more like Crown Park. We complained and complained LOUDLY that it was the worst experience and there was nothing "GOLD CROWN" about them. It was within the next year we hear that they are buying our timeshare!! WHAT!!!!! NO!!!! We had no recourse. We had no choice but to contine paying. We too have been called over and over and over. They've change our points. We no longer belong to RCI and our maintenance fees are CRAZY expensive. I, too, have tried to give it away to anybody who would even take over payments. That is how unhappy we are about Orange Lake. Our timeshare will be paid off in less than 2 years and we beg ANYONE to take it.
