After long waits on hold and then one annoying operator after another...all who did not give one care at all ...at the fact that my account was being pirated through there greased system...one after repeatedly telling me that there is nothing I can do to remove "Orbit Telecom" from the phone bill charges...proceeded to say "she wishes she could (in a sarcastic tone) so that people would stop calling and complaining about them!" I was so enraged by her comment. that I yelled at her and said that is it! CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! The magic words of course she then transferred me to a "specialist" who after hearing my story and listening very empathetically. gave me some compassion and even looked over my bill to see just how far back the charges had been occurring. she then took pity on my dilemma and said "we can BLOCK THEM if you want?" d**n STRAIGHT THAT IS WHAT I HAVE WANTED ALL ALONG! Then she says that if we do that we will be blocking all companies including "long distance carriers" !! I said DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! The only thing I even have AT&T for is DSL I do not even have a phone hooked up to the land line just the PC! So she did it and also then gave me a $25 credit. she said for the inconvenience. SO In Conclusion just tell them you are canceling all service with them!! only then, will you see some customer service!! Things have got to change in this more competition is definitely needed! consumers need a choice.
