While trying to print off my ticket for this Thursday, I accidentally canceled the ticket. I did NOT mean to do that. Could you please help with either retrieving my reservation or a refund for my money. I did purchase travel insurance. Once the reservation is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. ----------------------------------------------------------- Yes, it was her error- but for heaven's sake- she called within minutes, she would have been very willing to have paid any fine. Now, no Thanksgiving in the States. And as she is young military, with no credit card- it was done as a debit from her checking account. Space A travel is too uncertain for a major US holiday. The only choice for military is internet ordering. Not sure what this report can do. We are done crying over this- but others, please just be so careful where you buy a flight home. |
