I made a first class one-way reservation, and received no hard confirmation for my flight within a day as promised. When I check my status after a couple of days, it showed my flight on my "scratch pad". I clicked to reconfirm, but Orbitz instead issued a second, duplicate reservation. I accidentally booked myself on the same flights TWICE. They agreed to cancel one, no refund, travel voucher with 1year expiration, minus $200 'rebooking' fee. Insane. So much for customer loyalty, and a bad website design. Never again. Orbitz has changed for the worse.
