Orbitz Hotel Ripoff We paid for two airfares and two hotel rooms. We got two airfares but only one room Internet Las Vegas Nevada
I purchased a Las Vegas vacation. The website is clear. It shows that for the posted price you get one plane ticket and one hotel room. Perfect. I needed two plane tickets and two hotel rooms. I bought two of the packages. Come to find out they ripped me off for the second hotel room.
Before I booked the vacation, I checked on Orbitz to see how much just the air would be so that I could figure out how much of the price would be for the room. The "vacation" would save about $30.00 per room for the entire stay. So why not save $60.00? WRONG! Because they ripped me for for the extra room I ended up paying over $300.00 for a room that I could have purchased for $170.00.
Orbitz customer service is no help. They DON'T CARE!. All they want is your money. They don't care if you ever use them again. Plus the wait time on the phone. It's not worth any savings that may be gained.
STAY AWAY. Once they have your money, you're on your own.
