Orbitz advertised, Lowest Rates, Guaranteed, Rates so Deeply Discounted you have to confirm with a credit card and are Non Cancelable. booked an Ocean Front, King Size Bed, with a Balcony. When we checked in, we got a patio view, with two twin. Beds, no Balcony and found we were paying $50.00 a night more than the published room prices! to add insult to injury, found that rooms booked thru Or it! Do not qualify for the Starwood reward points! Called Orbitz 4 times, with no results, no return call and no manager available. They finally offered me a $25.00 credit with my next booking thru them. what a scam that needs to be revealed. cost me over $1,000. Dollars. Looking for ways to hurt their business.
