if you never applied for the credit card, you will want to ask for a copy of the original application that was filled out. if it wasn't you.. file a police report for identity theft and contact the credit bureau to put a freeze on your report.

Orchard Bank (aka - HSRC or HSBC) services many retail credit accounts. So if you applied for credit at a retail store (Rooms to Go in my case), your account may actually be at Orchard Bank. If you haven't applied for credit, they are required to prove to you that the debt is yours.

I am in the military also. My name is Mike my email is (((ROR REDACTED EMAIL FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) I am having a huge problem with this company also They will not give me my Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act but 2 other credit cards I have did it for me. I feel the ange you have towards them CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
