Orchard Bank is not involved here.
And, "debt consolidation" companies don't do debt collections, etc.
Your whole post makes no sense.Think about what you wrote.
"A "debt consolidation company is calling me and threatening me stating that my name is part of a judgement against me and my SSN and if I do not contact "Daniel McCullum" they will contact my employer and references".
Either you have a judgement against you or you don't. Did you check with your local clerk of court?
Have you been sued? Have you lost?
If not, there is no judgement.
Have you applied for PAYDAY LOANS???
This scam is tied to payday loans.
Information you put into illegitimate websites is the problem here.
But Orchard Bank is in now way involved, and should not be named in this report.
You should have named the "debt consolidation company" instead, as they are the scammers.
Stop giving out your personal information, and scammers won't get it!
Real simple.
I can tell by the wording of your report that you have been applying for payday loans, because they are the only ones who want "references". HSBC/Orchard Bank does not ask for refernces on its application. I know, because I have an Orchard Bank Mastercard.
