WIthout giving any personal details on my part. We worked through another party with Enrique in solar. It is my understanding that he has done the same things with alarms as well as other buisiness persuits. He would put of any written agreements and promise that they were in the works while we began selling the products. After missing several deadlines to get products installed for our customers, never getting agreements, we started pushing because our entire income was based on the install of the systems that we had sold. After over 6 months of no productivity from Origin (Enrique) he began installing systems through another 3rd party installer. After the installs were complete customers would recieve bills for a lot more than their contracts indicated. crappy work was done and our customers had no one to go to get things fixed, adjusted or really anything. On top of all of that, Enrique refused to pay us for the work we had done. By the time all was said and done. We walked away from the entire business being owed somehere aroudn $50,000.00. Shortly after we left we were discussing what had been happening with several other people in the same line of business and found that between the people we knew, Enrique had done similar things to them to the tune of hundred of thousand of dollars. None of them ever believing that they will see a penny of it. All that on top of the reputations with our/their customers being reuined. if I can recommend anything, if you come across Enrique in any line of business, avoid him at all costs!

Enrique Guzman Fraud & Misrepresentation - I’m also a victim of Enrique Guzman and his breach of agreements (Promissory Note & 2 Settlement Agreements), broken promises, non-payments, defaulted scheduled payments and his vague, ambiguous, disingenuous, empty words.
I’ve been Mr. Guzman’s lawful creditor and originator of his undisputed Acknowledged (January, 2013) & Confirmed Debt (May, 2018), in the amount of
$24,795.92. Including interest, legal fees and collection costs through July 16, 2018, Mr. Guzman’s Debt has grown to over $75,000.00 - despite his most recent written commitment to pay “100% by June 30th” of 2018.
Sadly, Mr. Guzman CANNOT be trusted to honor his signed agreements, nor do his verbal or written promises have ANY value.
On a positive note, the Victims of Enrique Guzman are organizing!
