 On December 24, 2015 I was visiting my 93 year old cousin in San Francisco for the holiday. There was an Orogold store next to my hotel. Repeatedly when I came out of the hotel someone was in my face with a bag holding facial cream. One sales rep dragging me into the store told me she could help with my rosacea on my face. (I see a dermatologist every year and she has never diagnosed me with rosacea). I put out my hand while this rep did a peel, moisturizer, mask and cleanser. While doing this she asked me twice if I was Jewish. She said she would give me free eye serum as well. The bill totaled a whopping $2501. She NEVER stated this was a final bill. While standing there to check out another sales rep came in claiming to be the brother to this rep stating he would give me a free face mask. They both were pushing me into this room with wrinkled sheets telling me I deserved it because I bought their products. When I opened my eyes twenty minutes later there was a slew of new products in front of me which the two reps stated they had filled out their last card for a special client with my name on it and they would not be able to give this offer to anyone else. Again I was suckered in and took the bite. Again they kept throwing free products in the bag and the receipt makes no sense but rang up to another $3200. Again I was never told at the bottom of the receipt was a FINAL SALE. On Christmas Day my hand that the product was sampled on became red and very itchy. Three open sores appeared weeping clear fluid. They stayed open and sore for four days. My hand itched and stayed red for four days. My products were to be shipped and when they came I refused delivery. I did try to call the number on the receipt but it brought me to Carnival Cruise Lines. I tried to get my credit card to decline charges but Orogold showed them delivering the product, never acknowledging the products were returned unopened. I would never put this dangerous product on my face and have no credit from Orogold in any form from retuning $5763.00. My Christmas holiday was ruined in San Francisco due to this horrible experience with Orogold.

 Nice try but YOU paid then not once but TWICE!!!! Meaning at THAT moment in time, YOU WILLINGLY CHOSE to pay them the price that was in front of you. So nice try on playing the victim. YOU are just having buyers remorse AFTER THE FACT!!!! So instead of being HONEST and MATURE, YOU go on the web and DEFAME THEM to justify YOUR ACTIONS!!!! Firstly, YOU have chosen to COMMIT AN ACTION THAT CAN GET YOU SUED, you know instead of just admitting that YOU did not feel comfortable spending that much money.

Secondly, YOU have chosen to LIE about a company that CAN sustain a prolonged legal battle THAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD!!!!!Why is it so hard for YOU to just admit that YOU SCREWED UP! So instead of being mature and admitting that YOU made a mistake YOU CHOSE to lie,defame, and pretty much make THEM the bad guys for YOUR ISSUE!!! YOU shame yourself and YOU shame your family by showing the ENTIRE WEB exactly how small and petty YOU truly are. YOU spent all that time to write out your LIES to JUSTIFY your buyers remorse and all YOU have done is put YOURSELF at risk.
