Osslin Agency is the biggest scam in southwest florida Ft. Myers Florida

I signed with OssLin and for 18 months didnt go on a single audition.
They charged $100 to participate in each of their shows when the scouts they promised would be there never showed up.
I attended one of the conventions they preach about and got a callback from an agency in NYC. However, they never took care of my follow-up work like they promised, and the agency lost interest.
They also charge $500 for comp cards by Kelly Williams and other out-of-towners, which are affected pictures that no legitimate agencies, like World of Kids in Miami, DK Model and Talent in Tampa, and Thursday Artists in L.A., would ever market. Moreover, comp cards are rarely used in the modeling business today.
OssLin also offers acting and modeling classes, which are nothing but practice for the convention, which is useless.
If you live in Southwest Florida and want to enter the entertainment industry DO NOT join OssLin. Find legitimate agents in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami. Although you'll have to commute farther, avoiding OssLin's scams will save you time and money in the end.

Tara, If you have been in the business for so long, and you know the ropes so well how was anyone able to scam you? You sound like the type who goes from agency to agency and does not hear what they want to hear, so everyone is scamming them. You know the type. The ones who think they are so cute & talented and wants someone to make them a star when actually they have nothing without training of some kind. Face it girl, no one wants you. Stop shopping and get a life. Go work for Burger King or something. I go to Osslin, and it has been the best money I have ever spent, maybe that is because I can take criticism and learn by it. I have been booked many times and the Expo was wonderful. I am on my way to LA. Suck up, you have to work for what you want in life, no one just hands it over to you. What world do you live in? What do you think, that just because you go to the grocery store hungry that they will give you the food for free? Ridiculous! Face it, you don't apparently have it, nor are you willing to be taught it. I recommend the Osslin Agency to anyone who is interested in a serious career and is willing to work at it and be taught the right way.
