Purchased a time share from Outdoor World Travel Masters. TRied to resign for lack of use. Was informed that I could not do so and that if maintenance was not paid annually I would be put in to collections. Inquired about selling time share and was advised that if I signed up for an "ELITE MEMBERSHIP" for an additional $4,000.00 + that the company would buy my time share back or sell it, and I would receive my purchase price back as well as new membership expense. Needless to say, this was a scam. In fact, Outdoor World disavowed any relationship betwen the vendor of the Elite Membership and the original vendor of the time share.
Now, after 21,000+ in total payments, with no interest in using the time share, still in same position as before. Wondering if the FESKE V. MHC THOUSAND TRAILS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ET. AL Federal class action matter has been resolved or whether the class action is still open.. Obviously this is a problem that is country wild. A new clas action is probably just around the corner.
