I purchased good from Overstock Nation for resale - after making the purchase I folowed up to no avail for 4 days with the Seller.
- finnaly on Sunday I get an email that the owner died and on Wedensday I get an email saying the company no longer exists.
I wired for the goods, at this point All I want is my money back. - I cannot find out any information and there is noone to talk to ,.

Bought some XBOX 360 controllers and never received product or refund. Has anyone had any luck contacting them or pressing any legal action to this point?

I am also victim to this mess. Sent money for an order on January 13th and never receiveed the goods, Owner passed away and no one answers or triesto help. Need to get together with all victims to start a case so we may be able to get our money back. Please let me know how we can communicate and start the legal action for this problem. (((REDACTED)))

I recently got a message from my bank that the account that we sent money to has been drained. I too was ordering the MS Office lot. I ordered 100 units which is nothing compared to your 300! I can't imagine how you feel missing all that money. Please respond with your information so that we can coordinate on going after the folks who took this money. Since Bruce has passed, I highly doubt he took it with him.

Yes, I have emailed called, left messages many times. Nobody responded . I will most likely hire a business Law firm in the Tampa area. We should definitely do it together. I ordered 300 Microsoft home office software. What did you order? Just like you I got an invoice from Bruce, a wire confirmation. A po. I have an email saying to expect tracking g at end of day. Obviously never got it. Called on Friday the 22nd and spoke to Bobby and he said he will get me tracking. Most concerning for me is Bobby email stating I can't speak for overstock nation past the 6th and in the meantime he sent emails til the 19th... Something here is very shady. We should figure a way to get legal action together. If this was straight we would have had our merchandise or money back already.

I'm thinking that basically Bobby took the money and ran. I guess he just figures that the money is his since his partner died? After Bruce died he made no attempts to give customers back their money. I have a PO and wire receipt proving that I sent money. I even spoke to him on the phone a few days before Bruce died and he said that he get me a tracking number and I never got it. Of course I never recieved inventory.
Do you have legal resources that we can use to ask for advice? How do we go about getting together since this site prevents posting personal emails. I've already reported this to FBI and Attorney General. If it's discovered that the account was intentionally drainied then someone is going to jail.. What inventory did you purchase?

Yes, I am sure we are not the only ones. if it was so straight leading up to the death don't you think Bobby would be able to take care of the problems!
We should get all the victims togther and really go after them.

The same thing happened to me. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. I have asked my bank to recall the wire that i sent last week. Other then that I don't know what to do. We might have to get a lawyer involved. Assuming he did die, the money went somewhere. If the money was in the account when he died and then someone took it out then that is theft. My wire recall hasn't gone through yet and that leads me to believe that the account is drained of funds. If that's the case, i'm pretty sure the guy who passed didn't drain it..
