Complaint Review: Ovilla Kidz Academy - Ovilla Texas

I just don't really know how to say how much we love OKA.  My grand daughter has attended for years and is now in public school.  She was tested out of PreK and into the first grade this year.  This was only possible because of the home work, the folders that show what they are studying monthly, weekly and daily.  I was able to be involved and stay involved all through her years at the academy.  I AM TRULY BLESSED!  I thank God for this place!!!  We will now use the before and afterschool services because they also tutor the school age students!!!

 I send my children to OKA and I know Xavier and anybody that knows hers knows she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She loves and cares for every child and the staff is excellent and caring as well. It's horrible that anybody can write such a thing about such a wonderful caregiver and with no proof and it's just left up by the ripoff report. The person that wrote this states "they heard" not even they know and don't you think the state would shut down a daycare if the director had child abuse charges. The whole thing is ridiculous. Believe me your children are safe and loved and OKA .

The allegations in this report are entirely unfounded and could not be further from the truth. Xavier is a beautiful, loving, and compassionate woman who loves children more than anything else in life. I can't believe that this website would allow someone to make such horrible statements about such a truly wonderful woman. Ovilla Kidz Academy is a loving and educational environment for all children. Every parent, child, and employee will tell you first hand that this school is awesome.

As for the author of the negative remark on this website, she was a former employee of OKA who wished to steal all of OKA's clients and create her own (unlicensed) day care. She made terrible accusations against this school in order to further her own business aspirations. The allegations are completely false.

I just found picture of Wanda on Facebook talking about she and her friend were keeping kids.  I could not beleive it when a parent told me this report was out there, OMG!!!  I just saw on the news the over 700 illegal daycares were shut down and guess who I am going to report???? 

She begged for a job with Ms. Howard and always said how nice she was, and she was a great boss and how much she loved her!!!  I am just shocked at how untruthful she is right now...

THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN EVERYWHERE AND SHE SHOULD BE "SHUTDOWN" FOR TRYING TO HURT THIS LADY'S BUSINESS.  She is really nice and I liked her very much before we moved out of the city.  I am going to tell her what this evil lady is saying about her and I hope she sues the mess out of her...

I remember this lady, Xavier Howard.  She is GREAT!!!  You have to meet her for yourself or even call her over the phone.  She really loves the children.  And she only hires people who love the children.  She even says that when you enroll your kid.  She is a Christian and she gives to the families in need and really cares about people in general.

I remember a parent who was having a hard time with her five children - she bought them food and raised money to pay her light bill and helped them with clothes too. 

There was another lady who did not have gas money to get to work and she borred the money and had the money taken to her house so she could get to work.

I remember WANDA, SHE SEEMED REALLY NICE BUT WAS FIRED!!!  Not sure why but she asked me to let my baby come to her house because she was starting her own in-house daycare.  For her to be negative to such a great persone and wonderful childcare is CRAZY!!! 

Go meet Xavier for yourself!  You will love her..  God Bless Wanda ANYWAY!!!
