Since 1998, Owcen Federal Bank has increased my mortgage payment from $515.41 to $625.00.

Owcen has threatened me with foreclosure three times. They have refused payment four times.

In 1998, I filed Chapter 13 to stop foreclosure. This was when LSI held the mortgage. During this period, Owcen took over the mortgage and increased my payment from $515.41 to $574.41. No explanation was given. A representative of Ocwen said that it was in their right to increase my payment.

Between 1998 and 1999, Owcen misplaced four money orders that I sent to them for payment. I tracked the money orders to Owcen. Although these payments were made, they still threatened me with foreclosure. At this time, Owcen increased my payment to approximately $600.00 per month.

After I came out of Chapter 13, I started sending personal checks for payment, but Owcen refused payments and continued to threaten me with foreclosure.

In 2000, my house caught on fire. My insurance company made the check payable to me and Ocwen for approximately $5000.00, but Ocwen refused to sign the check so that I could repair my home. As of this date, my home is still not repaired.

Instead, Ocwen continued to threaten me with foreclosure. I had to file Chapter 13 again, to prevent Ocwen from taking my home. Owcen contacted me to do a forebearance agreement for one year. They then told me to sign and mail the insurance check to pay PART of my past due payments and to start paying $625.00 per month. Ocwen claimed that I owed them over $4000.00, but I only owed them $2500.00 because they kept refusing payments.

After the one year forebearance agreement was up, I tried to contact the person I spoke with concerning the forebearance, but she was no longer employed with the company. The representa-tive that I did speak to said that she had no knowledge of any agreement and that I had to remain in forebearance. I have tried to contact Owcen, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to clear up this matter.

This is worst than "A Nightmare on Elm Street". This has been A Nightmare on Bailey Street.
