Oyster Pointe Dodge And Kia ripoff, changed contract completely while telling us it was the same Newport News Virginia
While shopping for a van me and my father went to oyster point dodge and kia. We found the van I wanted and signed one contract.
It took 2 months for it to go through. We were then called and told the contract we had signed was now void and needed to come in a sign a second one. We were told nothing had changed on this contract.
I went in and signed it and then my father. Neither of us thought to take the first contract in to compare. A month later when i needed my contract to register the vehicle in oklahoma, I noticed the differences.
The cash price of the vehicle had went up by 2000 dollars. The number of payments had went up. The fact that my father was a cosigner had changed to the fact that he is now the primary buyer and I am the cosigner.
