I saw a ad that said Ellen DeJ. had liked this product so well that she endorsed it and became partners with it. (that was a lie). They offered a sample for $4.95. It sounded like a good product and ordered it. But during the ordering process, it started offering other things, and I just hit continue, not ordering anything. By the time it came to the end, they had added in charges, and the total added up to about $40. I immediately called, and cancelled everything except the sample. Two days ago, I noticed a $94 charge on my bank acct. I called the number, and it was this company. They told me I signed p for automatic shipments. I explained that I had cancelled everything, I had an email to confirm it. The girl was actually pretty nice. She alledgedly cancelled and credited my acct. (I have to watch my acct to make sure). She sent me a confirmation email to that effect also. Today, I received the shipment (I didn't even know they shipped me anything as she didn't mention that). I opened the box, and there is an 1 ounce jar of skin cream that is leaking out the side of it. Give me a break, a 1 ounce bottle of skin cream for $94.....and it is leaking.....wow must be some potent stuff. I am not returing it, because I did not order it, and I am not paying the shipping for somethiing I didn't order in the first place. Their sales ad's are very deceptive and I hope you don't fall for it like I did!
