Pacific Youth trial period 14 days;credit card charged $84.95 after 7 days;phone # disconnected;afraid of new charges Tampa, Florida
I have been trying to reach this company for more than two weeks. There are two charges on my bank account ,I believe from the same company,as the answering service is the same, one number I did reach and they have agreed to stop all futher charges, the other number has a busy signal, upon redial the operator says this number is not in service but representative says this call may be moniterd, then nothing!
I am concerned that more charges will be upcoming on my card, but can not reach the company to stop those. This is more money than I have spent on my face in the 86 years I have been alive! Can't believe I fell for this one. Should have know better.
I live on a limited income and can not afford what would seem to be a mnonthly charge of $84.95.Any help would be appreciated.
