Pacifica Cleaning Group First Choice Maids PACIFICA CLEANING GROUP IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!! San Diego California
This company will steal your money and do absolutely no work!!!!! This company quoted me $208 for a moving in service and then charged me $317!!!!! They didn't show up for the first appointment and Mel CAME TO MY HOME AND AGREED the work wasn't done and had someone come out the next day. NOTHING was cleaned, and they refuse a refund, not even the difference of which they overcharged. They continuously threaten to send me to collections if I dispute the charges as if I don't have an rights to be an unhappy customer!!!! Mel, you are WELCOME to bring in legal action, I KNOW I'm right and I have PROOF!!!!! YOU DON'T SCARE ME!!!! YOU ARE A THIEF!!!! I also prepaid a promotion which they refused to refund though I hadn't even used it, I even included the BBB and they still haven't processed the refund. So they overcharge AND don't do the work AND threaten you if you try to get justice, STAY AWAY!!!!! BBB rating is currently a C- and they are NOT accredited!!!! I am now taking further action as I have filed a dispute with my bank and I have reported Mel and his company to the Turko Files with KUSI, anyone who wants to call the Turko Files to request justice can call them at 1-858-571-3453 and leave a message. We can't let this company keep stealing money from people and treating people like THEY are the problem!
