If you find this web sites prices appealing like I did, spend a dollar or two more and go someplace else. They are notorious for charging your credit card for item they saw are in stock, then take months to give it back, or try and sell it to you at a higher price. Just do a search on the web for page computers.com complaints.
In my case they sent all my items new, in retail boxes. One did not work. I asked for an RMA and it took weeks for them to give me one. Then I waited weeks for another unit. When it finally came it was a refurbished/used unit. Of course it was now passed the 30 day return policy. Getting my credit card charges reversed was a nightmare. These people know how to play the game with the credit card people. Showing how I checked the return policy agreement box, etc.
I finally took pictures of all the serial number stickers covered over with new stickers and sent it to the credit card company with all my e-mails trying to resolve this with the merchant. This started in July of 2006 and I just got a call today from the credit card company that I will getting my refund. January 2007!
Wow, if you want to take a chance on this company after reading all the reviews people wrote and hearing my store, well be warned. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra dollar or two on a known website with a better review rating.
