All money making opportunities on the net are scams, think about it, some guy just thinks, ill just say what people like and get my own scam going and you people are stupid enough to fall for it?? (usually women who dont spend much time on the web) They are all scams, its so easy to start your own "paid response" just make a cheap website say "MAKE MONEY NOW!!!!!" get a cheap credit card processor add some fake testimonials in message boards "WOW I MADE MONEY GO HERE NOW" and voila! They are all scams, they all charge a fee (which should send u running immediately) Stop falling for these scams so smart people like me can browse the internet and messageboards without these scammers. Remember all MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES ARE SCAMS they are run by usually 1 smart person who knows how to make money, u can only make money by scamming people, there is no other way unless you work , or sittin on a goldmine. Money is evil. Nuff said. Once you read this you should not fall for any more scams, so I saved you money!! :)

I am writing this to say that Paid Response now has a new owner , and he means business. In the short time since he has taken over Paid Response, he has done many positive things and made positive changes. Paid Response is heading in the right direction under this new director. The previous owner was bad news, this one isn't. Thank heavens for change! (Ex-employee not for long again.)

Concerning the company called Paid Response, people need to know that they need to be careful. I worked for this company for quite some time until, for myself like for many others, not being paid became the order of the day. The company has apparently been sold now (if that's the truth) and is supposed to be opening up again first it was in August now it is September. This company is BAD NEWS!! Please be careful.......please!! I am owed a LOT of money by these people, my self and many others, who worked hard to promote this company. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd say this about them but they are BAD NEWS!! I am not even certain that there are new owners, for it could full well be the previous CEO Val Dawson just playing the games she's oh so good at.......a master of deception she is, loves using different identities and such! There must be something that can be done to stop such people!! Something needs to be done.

I only wish to say here what my experience has been so that nobody else will sign up with these companies. Paid Typing, which we were to join at an invitation from Paid Response, and which is the "sister" company of Paid Response, did in fact finally launch, after over a month of waiting with almost no correspondence from the company. After launch, we, the typist, were able to post ads and get some more sign-ups, and "cashed-in" for our pay, as we were supposed to. No one has been paid. The ad-submission software is broken. We then heard (some of us) through the grape-vine, that PT would be in a holding state (no payments and no fixing of the software) until the sister company, Paid Response, was "fixed" and updated. We then found out that Paid Typing and Paid Response are both being sold by the CEO of Paid Response, Valerie Dawson. How she can sell Paid Typing with the CEO of that company is supposed to be an Andrew Thurman, whom nobody has heard from since April, is beyond me. The sale of the companies is supposed to be complete now, and although we were supposed to get some sort of formal notice, it has not come. The Message Boards have been shut down by the "new owners" and all of the adminisration, moderators, and other real employees of Paid Response have been fired. There has been no information as of yet as to what is actually going on. This is all AFTER i signed up for $69.99 (which as been now raised to $89.99, although the site still says $59.99) with the impression i would be paid twice as week at .50 per response. One day later the pay changed to monthly and One month later it changed to .25 per response. We were then supposed to be having changes with the webpages to make it easier to make money, but after the proposed changes took place the CEO said she had sold the company "as is" and had to get permission from the NEW owners to implement the changes. That was a week ago, and we have heard nothing since. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES! Even if they are not "scams" (or didn't start out that way) their websites have been misleading, there is no communication as to what is going on, and with Paid Typing, nobody has ever been paid. If anyone knows any way I can get my money back or anything (they refuse refunds) please let me know so I can tell my fellow employees and we can beat these awful frauds at their own game. Thanks.

I signed up with PR in April with the knowledge that I would be paid once a week at .50 per click once my account reached $25.00. Amazingly the day after I joined I find out that they are changing it to monthly pay and then within 2 weeks they lowered it to .25 per click. I earned a little over $62.00 by the end of May (a little under 2 months) however I have yet to be paid any of it. I requested a refund of my fee and have never received any response to my email. I emailed the people I was told to regarding this and have never received any response from them. Now guess what? Today we receive an email that PR has been sold and we probably will not receive our pay until the sale is complete - guess what? I don't think I'll ever see it.

Hi! I've seem many scams come and go. I am always concerned (and rightly so) when a company plays games with their real address. This one is a master at this game. I just found out today they are *not* located in Canada as first thought. Oh...and I love the "live" support on their website....ha! Nobody home, folks. I would not give these people a dime for the lead-to-gold recipe. Consumer Advocate

Yes, Paid Typing started very, very late and that I do believe is an unprofessional act on their part. But a scam? Definitely not. I know full well of people who were unimpressed about it's all too slow start and got their refunds upon request, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! As for those who chose to be patient to wait it out, they will definitely benefit from the wait. As far as Paid Response being a scam...DEFINITELY NOT! It's only a scam if you choose to not make the most out of it. Quite often people join places like Paid Typing and Paid Response, thinking they can earn a quick buck with next to no work. Unfortunately it doesn't work this way. And that's why only 3-5% of the internet population ever truly succeed at this. They're unwilling to put in the hard work, keep up a good attitude, nor put in the SMART work in order to make their experience as an ad typist a beneficial one. I for one have made money through Paid Response and I don't mean a couple dollars here and there. It's been enough, thanks to the resources they provide, to let me quit my full time job so I can stay at home. If they were a scam, I surely would not have been able to do that!
