Palace Hotel Unsafe, appalling customer service and lack of care! North Bergen New Jersey
Shower's go Hot and Cold instantly! The rapid change in the temperature can leave you burning.
Bad smell in Bathrooms and linens feel's like they are not clean!
Our car was broken in to in the hotel's parking! When we advised the person at the front desk they did not want to know or help us. Advised us there were no camera's covering the parking area. As customer's we expected some sympathy we were just told to deal with it with the police and not to disturb them. The person on the night duty ( Chailali )
Construction start's in the morning and we were not advised and saw no signs in the front of the hotel! as the construction is taking place in the back and you do not see it when you check in at day or night!
Maids do NOT knock on your door they just UNLOCK the door and come right in even when you have the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON YOU DOOR! AND start asking you if your checking out today! Even when you are not! Customer service is a huge dissapointment! Maids and the cleaner's stand in the hallway early in the morning screaming and shouting!
The next morning we were awaiting a replacement car and could not check out at the regular hours because it was cold and we had not way of getting anywhere we were told we will be charged for an extra day when we only needed an extra hour or so!
After listing these complaints upon our check out we were told we can not see the manager and the complaints will be forwarded!
We paid 70.00 per night and it is not worth the money or the time!
This hotel is dangerous unsafe inside and outside and lacks customer service!
