Palisades Collection , Fraudulant Report and harrassment Bethlehem Pennsylvania
Palisades Collection LLC has continually 'harrassed' me in regards to a bill from AT&T that I have never owned nor been part of in any way. I have informed them through writing as they requested some 6 months ago all the information they requested, I reported to all credit report agencies and after months of hassels from Palisades, I got it removed by the agencies, NO help from Palisades.
They have sent me another notice now some 6 months later saying they are going to put this back on my credit report. I attempted to call them 3 times over a 2 hour period on Weds Aug 29, 2007.
The first time, the lady was very rude (again) and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the 2nd time I was on hold 48 minutes and then when the lady answered and saw it was my account, she hung up again. I attempted a 3rd time and remained on hold 23 minutes with no answer.
I am seeking an attorney to SUE Palisades Collection LLC AND AT&T for harrassment, false allegations, fraudulant activities in regards to my credit history, loss days of repeated efforts to correct their false documents and more.
IF anyone knows f an attorney that wants a sure case, please refer him to me. THis is ridicualous their behavior. I will be reporting them to the BBB, Federal agencies to investigate their actions as well as contacting AT & T informing them I am seeking legal action against them since they have refused to help here as well.
