Palm Zire Warranty ripoff Internet
My daughter's first palm (ZIRE) had a broken glass after two months, palm no longer does a one time glass replacement, nor would they even let me offer to pay for somekind of extended warranty for replacement. My "ONLY" choice was to pay an additional couple hundred dollars for an upgrade. WHAT A RIPPOFF! I can't even get the ZIRE replaced or repaired under warranty or for a reasonable price.
