I too, was just ripped off by an overagressive sales person for Palmetto Marketing. Poor thing was trying to win a trip to Cancun. She suckered me in. She came into my house asking personal questions, wanting to use my bathroom, and not wanting to leave. I can hardly wait until Monday morning to stop pay on the check I wrote. I too, had a bad gut feeling and decided to check them out on the web. Too little, too late.

I am Ms. Jones and I live in Arlington, TN. A girl came to my door on 11/18/2004 and she was talking about saling some magazines, books, etc. for a trip to Cancun, Mexico. I have never in my life bought anything from someone who came to my door but I did that day like a DUMBA**. I had a bad feeling about this in the first place don't know why I did not go with my first thought. Anyway, she gave me this story about how she needed only a few more points and she was in the lead and she was very excited about the trip. She even started to cry and was so sure that she was not telling me a lie that she offered to give me her driver's license just in case I had any problems or I thought she was not telling the truth. Of course I did not except. I gave her $40.00 cash and my total was $48.00 she told me that people have donated enough money to her that I can give her just $4 0.00 and I did. During this process she even had the nerve to ask if she could smoke in my house. I am so pissed and it's not about the money but about the lie that was told to me. I wish I would have looked this up on the internet sooner or heard about this before that girl came to my door. If I do see her again I will get my refund or I will BEAT her A** which ever one she choose's. ** I aslo noticed that there is not a number for this company or the girl but if anyone has any info PLEASE contact me at [email protected] **
