Paltalk rip off Usa New York
this place sucks..signed up for the 14.95 day trial..yea it was my fault i didnt take the renewal off.. anyways i got charged again.. called the main line.. i called 3 times ina row thru out the day.. now come one do you think there that busy...no..all i got was operators are busy with customers.. i left 3 messages with email, user name, and phone number and advised to cancel my account and i want a refund for the 2nd month i was charged.. which i was not using any more.. did i get a call back.. did i get my money back.. no. nothing..i spoke to someone..guess there billig department..said she can tranfers me to a supervisor.. guess where she sent me lol yea back to the main number where i got voicemail again..i know im not getting my money back. paltalk suck..just make sure you know what your doing.. i made this mistake before and no prob getting my money back
