Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

One, the music is so loud you can't even think! Two, host "guard" harassed young black woman because she had foil wrapped snack in her bag. "Dont open it!" he warned and sent busboy upstairs to warn her not to open her bag. I dont know how many times i have eaten my sandwich here. Three, busboy tries to not give me my receipt just like at Columbia Heights franchise. When i ask for my receipt there is rudeness and resistance. Hey PB i told you before i dont want my name floating around to some stranger who can use my first and last name to fake an ID! Four, waiter "forgot" to give me piece of bread with my chili. And again when i asked for my free bread roll extreme rudeness and resistance! I said, look how do you expect me to eat or drink my soup? Five, after acting like i could easily forego any bread (with the nasty guard-waiter) there, they all acted as if my demands were unreasonable! Six, therefore I had to ASK for butter. I had to ASK for a knife! PB this used to be a warm friendly hang out what happened? They pretend they dont need or want my business. Seven, the bread roll is so hard and stale i am glad that warning or not i brought in my own pieces of loaf bread. PB You really SUCKED today. Good old Orwellian ergonomics SUCKS!
